What we do
Four ways to be useful.
We don't sell packages. Every engagement starts with a concrete problem and ends with a system that solves it. These are the areas we work in most often.
Internal systems and CRM
Platforms built around how your company actually works, not the other way round. Sales pipeline, quoting, products, orders, service — in one place, with clear access rights and a full history.
Typical starting points
- Quotes are made in Word and Excel and nobody knows which version is current
- Customer data lives in five different places
- Off-the-shelf software covers 70% of the need and the rest is done by hand
Automation and integration
We connect the systems you already have: ERP, accounting, marketplaces, email, banks, public portals. We remove re-typing, sync stock and prices, and make data move without someone pushing it.
Typical starting points
- The same data is entered two or three times in different systems
- Stock on the website doesn't match the warehouse
- Monthly reports take days
Documents and technical content
Engines that process documents at volume: manuals, contracts, catalogues, tender files. Extraction, structuring, format-preserving technical translation, verification — under strict quality rules and with no improvisation.
Typical starting points
- Translating technical manuals takes weeks and costs as much as the product
- The printed catalogue and the website don't say the same thing
- Tender documentation is read by hand, file by file
Advisory for owners
Sometimes no code is needed. What's needed is someone who has run companies, built their systems, and can say plainly what is worth doing and in what order. We work directly with the owner, not with a committee.
Typical starting points
- You have to choose between three software vendors and no one to ask
- You want a 12-month technical plan, not a presentation
- You have a product idea and want to know if it holds up
How we work
Diagnosis
Two to three weeks inside your operations. The result is a short document: what we found, what we propose, what it costs, in what order.
Specification
We write down exactly what gets built, before it gets built. You approve. There are no surprises at delivery.
Staged build
We ship working pieces every few weeks, not a whole system at the end. You use each piece in production before we move to the next.
Operation
We stay on a maintenance and continuous development agreement. The system grows with the company.
Not sure which area your problem falls into?
That's normal. Most of our clients didn't know either. Write to us about what isn't working.
