Tools for reading public tenders at volume

A supplier bidding on public tenders had to download and read dozens of files a week, by hand. We built tools that fetch the documentation automatically and extract what matters.

  1. Bulk download of tender documentation from the procurement platform

  2. Extraction of criteria, deadlines and technical requirements into a structured format

  3. A tender module inside the CRM platform with trackable criteria per file

Context

The public procurement platform offers no export. Every tender meant dozens of individually downloaded files, read in full to find out whether a bid was worth it.

What we did

We analysed the platform's interface and built a bulk download tool. We then designed a tender module in the client's CRM platform: the file, its documents, qualification and award criteria, deadlines, and links to the products being offered. Information extraction from documents uses a single structured-output call to a language model instead of a chain of steps.

Outcome

The "bid or not" decision takes minutes, not hours. Won and lost tenders stay in the system with their criteria, ready for the next similar one.

The first conversation is free and without obligation.
