Medical equipment distribution · 2025–2026
A CRM and operations platform for a B2B distributor
A medical equipment distributor with around ten internal users managed leads, quotes, products and service in separate files. We built a single platform, from first contact to service call.
One system for pipeline, quoting, products, orders and service
€10–200,000 deals in EUR, USD and RON with automatically updated exchange rates
Five-tier access rights and a full history of every change
Context
The company sold to hospitals and clinics, including through public tenders. Quotes were built by hand, products had no clear hierarchy, and customer information was spread across email, spreadsheets and people's memory.
What we did
We started from how the team already worked and designed a platform in stages: pipeline and customers first, then a five-level product catalogue, then quoting with PDF generation, then centralised communication, sales planning, calendar and a tender module. Each stage went into production before the next. We integrated company data validation with the fiscal registry, exchange rate sync and a granular permission system.
Outcome
The team works in one place. Quotes are generated from data, not written. Management sees the real pipeline, not the reported one. The platform keeps growing monthly, with the same team that built it.
